THE 2021 BOND CAPACITY IS PROJECTED AT APPROXIMATELY $61 MILLION. THESE CAN BE ACHIEVED FOR NO TAX INCREASE. THE 2021 MARKET TRENDS PROVIDED BY D CAD ON NOVEMBER 20, 2020, RESIDENTIAL MARKET VALUE TRENDS WILL BE FLAT TO SLIGHTLY UP. NEW CONSTRUCTION WILL TREND SLIGHTLY LESS THAN 2020 AND COMMERCIAL DRAMATICALLY IMPACTED ANTICIPATE MARKET VALUE LOSS DUE TO IMPACT OF COVID, NEW CONSTRUCTION WILL LIKELY TREND LESS THAN 2020. THERE'S THE BONDS. SERIES 2021. 2022, AND 2023. AND HOW THE PROJECTS WOULD BE BROKEN OUT IN FUNDING AT THE $40 MILLION LIMIT. AND AGAIN, WENDY IS HERE TO ANSWER QUESTIONS ABOUT THIS WHEN WE'RE DONE.
