IN OCTOBER OF 2019, THE CITY COUNCIL DID APPROVE A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF MILLER AND ROWLETT ROADS IN THE VILLAS OF LONGBRANCH SUBDIVISION. LONGBRANCH CREEK DOES TRAVERSE THROUGH THE OPEN SPACE LOT ALONG THE WEST OF THE PROPERTY. YOU CAN SEE ON THE SCREEN THERE.

32 RESIDENTIAL PLOTS AND THE FOUR OPEN SPACE LOTS.

THIS APPROXIMATELY 7.5 ACRE SITE WILL BE SUBDIVIDED AGAIN, 32 RESIDENTIAL LOTS AND FOUR COMMON AREA LOTS. ACCESS TO THE SITE IS FROM MILLER ROAD TO THE SOUTH ON TWO POINTS THERE.

THIS PLAT ESTABLISHES PROPERTY BOUNDARIES, UTILITY EASEMENTS AS WELL AS FLOOD PLAIN AND DRAINAGE EASEMENTS, WHICH BRINGS ME TO THE DISCUSSION. YOU MIGHT REMEMBER IN YOUR REPORT THAT THERE WAS A CONDITION THAT THE LOWMER BE PROVIDED TO STAFF PRIOR TO FILING. HOWEVER, SINCE THE PACKET ON JUNE THE- 4TH, STAFF HAS RECEIVED IT FROM FEMA. THAT WILL OFFICIALLY AND FORMALLY ADJUST THE LIMITATIONS OF LONGBRANCH CREEK,
