WE HAVE SEEN A $3 MILLION USAGE SO WE PUT IN FOR SIX, AND WE SUSPECT WE WILL GET CLOSER TO THREE BUT THEN TDHCA TAKES CARE OF THAT THEY DO THE APPLICATIONS, THE WHOLE THING IS RUN THROUGH THEM. WE JUST THAT ON THE BACK INTO AND WE WILL GET A FEW BASIS POINTS EACH YEAR BASED ON THE TOTAL OUTSTANDING LOAN AMOUNT. THERE IS SOME SMALL FLOW THAT WILL COME BACK WITH THIS. ESSENTIALLY WHAT THEY DO IS THEY WILL SELL THOSE BONDS AND THEY WILL USE THE PROCEEDS TO PROVIDE REDUCED RATE ORGANS IS. WE DON'T HAVE SPECIFICS ON WHAT THEY ARE BUT THEY WILL BE LOW WHAT MARKET IS BASICALLY 25 POINT THOSE NUMBERS WE DON'T HAVE YET BUT IN SO DOING THE PEOPLE THAT APPLY FOR THAT ALSO WERE ABLE TO TAP IN TO THE DOWN PAYMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS.
