ON THURSDAY, 7/21/22 I DROVE BY PADDLE POINT PARK AND SAW FOUR ROWLETT POLICE CARS BLOCKING THE TRAFFIC IN THE PARKING LOT.

I LATER FOUND FOUR DRUNKEN TEENAGERS WERE HARASS IS THE PAY TROOPS. MOST PATRONS WERE ILLEGALLY SWIMMING IN THE LAKE OR TRESPASSING ON THE RAILROAD.

ON FRIDAY, 7:22, 2022, THE NEXT EVENING, HUSBAND CALLS ME AT 5 P.M. WHILE WAYS WITH MY CUSTOMERS AND SAYS HIS WIFE IS MISSING ON THE LAKE AND ASKED ME TO VERIFY THAT HER CAR IS IN THE PARKING. I VERIFIED WIFE'S CAR WAS IN THE PARKING LOT AND TOLD HUSZ BAND TO CALL PROPERTY COMES AND CALL 911 TWO ROWLETT POLICE OFFICERS CAME TO THE PARK, A DALLAS FIRE RESCUE TRUCK AND DALLAS FIRE RESCUE AMBULANCE CAME TO THE PARK AND STAYED SEVERAL HOURS. SEVERAL HOURS AFTER HUSBAND CALLED ME, WIFE PADDLES UP TO THE TAKE OUT IN THE PINK DAY YACK AND ASKED WHAT THE COMMOTION WAS ABOUT.

THERE ARE BEST PRACTICES THAT WILL LIMIT THIS WASTE OF RESOURCES. 7/23/22, 6 P.M. DROVE BY PADDLE POINT CARS S-- HE WAS PLACING HR IN A CAR AND TAKING HER SOME WHERE. THE CAPACITY OF PADDLE POINT PARK WAS MUCH GREATERED THAN THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE WAS MUCH GREATER WHEN THE PARK WAS A DPLAVL PARKING LOT.

INITIALLY IT WAS THE PADDLING COMMUNITY WHO TOOK CONTROL OF THE PARK AND CLEANED IT UP. WHAT THE PARK'S DEPARTMENT COLD THE COMMUNITY THE PARK WAS NOT THERE IS AND THE DEPARTMENT TOOK CONTROL OF THE PARK PROBLEMS BEGAN TO OCCUR AND INCREASE.

THE PARK'S DEPARTMENT HAS SPENT A LOT OF MONEY FOR THE CONCRETE PARKING LOT AND ALSO INCREASED ITS RECURRING EXPENDITURES WHILE THESE NEGATIVE ACTIVITIES HAVE INCREASED.

YOU HAVE DEVELOPED A PARK WHICH WORKS BEST WHEN IT'S EMPTY WITH NO ONE USING IT. WHEN IT IS USED AS A FRACTION OF THE OLD GRAVEL PARKING LOT CAPACITY IT FAILS THERE.
