WEBSITE OR HERE AT CITY HALL. WE HAVE NO EXECUTIVE SESSION, SO, WE MOVE DIRECTLY INTO THE WORK SESSION AND THE FIRST ITEM IS ITEM 3-A. PRESENTATION ON THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM.

>> THANK YOU. GOOD EVENING, MAYOR AND COUNCIL. SO, THIS IS AN UPDATE ON THE BOND PROGRAM, COMMUNITY INVESTMENT PROGRAM WHERE THINGS STAND RIGHT NOW. SO, I'M GOING TO TRY AND BE BRIEF. I'VE ONLY GOT A FEW 30-MINUTES AND I WANT TO GIVE YOU TIME FOR QUESTIONS. SO, I'LL GO THROUGH THIS KIND OF QUICKLY. BUT, I WOULD LIKE TO SAVE TIME AT THE END FOR QUESTIONS. SO, THE FIRST PROJECT, UM, BACK IN THE 2015 BOND IS LAKE SIDE PARK AND THE ONLY THING REMAINING FOR THIS PROJECT IS A REST ROOM AT THE LAKESIDE PARK, WE HAVE DESIGNATED A LOCATION OUTSIDE OF THE TAKE LINE IN THE PARK. BIDS WERE RECEIVED MORE THAN A YEAR AGO THAT WERE ABOUT TWICE THE ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE. SO, THE BIDS WERE REJECTED. COUNCIL, BACK IN APRIL AUTHORIZED THE PROJECT TO BE REBID WITH ALL OF THE UTILITIES INCLUDED AND THE PLANS ARE NOW AT 95% COMPLETE.

THE PARKS DEPARTMENT HAS PURCHASED A MODULE REUSSROOM BLOWING, SO, THE FUNDING CHALLENGES ARE FROM THE 2015 BONDS, THE $470,000 WERE ALLOCATED TO THIS PROJECT.

WE'VE SPENT ALL OF THAT INCLUDING THE MODULAR BUILDING FOR THE REST ROOM. SO, THE PROJECTED COST TO INSTALL THAT PLAYING AND THE UTILITIES ARE APPROXIMATELY $130,000. THAT REPRESENTS A SHORTFALL, SO, WE THINK THAT WE COULD USE UNUSED FUNDS FROM OTHER PROJECTS THAT WE CAN COMBINE AND GET THE RESTROOM FUNDED. AND ALSO FROM 2015 AND AGAIN, IN 2021, THE ENTER CONNECTER, THE PRELIMINARY DESIGN IS PROCEEDING TO 90% AND WE'RE CURRENTLY STUDYING THE ENVIRONMENTAL ASPECTS OF THE PROJECT. COUNCIL SELECT ADD BRIDGE DESIGN AND A LIGHTING OPTION. THE GRANT HELPING WITH THE FUNDING REQUIRES ENVIRONMENTAL AND THAT MAY BE THE REASON FOR DELAYS. IT AGAIN, WE HAVE FUNDING CHALLENGES WITH THIS PROJECT.

FROM THE 2015 GO BONDS, $1.03 MILLION THAT WERE ALLOCATED, APPROXIMATELY $280,000 ARE LEFT. WE DO HAVE THERE WERE, $470,000 IN STREET ESCROW FUNDS, $20,000 ARE LEFT.

THE ANTICIPATED FUNDING FOR CONSTRUCTION NOW IS FROM THE 2021 BOND, THERE'S $2 MILLION, MCIP HAS COMMITTED $1.33 MILLION, AND, THE SURSURF TRANSPORTATION BLOCK GRANT COMMITTED $14 MILLION. BUT, WE SEE THE PROJECT COST AT ABOUT 27

TO $30 MILLION. >> SO, MOVING ON TO THE 2018 COMMUNITY INVESTMENT PROGRAM BOND, THIS IS THE PARK PHASE ONE. THE DESIGN SITE PLAN IS CREATED AND THE PHASE ONE

CONSTRUCTION INCLUDES THE TRAILS. AND THE GREEN SPACE THAT YOU SEE THERE, AND, SOME GRADING WORK AND VEGETATION.

THE CURRENT STATUS OF THIS PROJECT IS THAT THE CONTRACT WAS APPROVED AT THE LAST COUNCIL MEETING. THE LOW BIDDER WAS NORTH ROCK CONSTRUCTION AT JUST UNDER $600,000. THE LAKE FRFRO AT PECAN GROVE PARK PROJECT INCLUDES IMPROVED PARKING SURFACE. THE KAYAK LAUNCH AREA, AND SOME PICNIC STATIONS. UM, THE CURRENT STATUS IS THAT THE BID OPENING WAS ON AUGUST 25TH, BIDS CAME IN AT APPROXIMATELY $700,000. THAT WAS A LITTLE TOO MUCH FOR OUR BUDGET. THE TOTAL ALLOCATED IN 2018 WAS $400,000.

WHICH, WAS GOING TO BE SPENT OVER TWO YEARS. SO, WE ARE TRIMMING THAT PROJECT DOWN TO ACOME A DATE THE $330,000 THAT WE HAVE REMAINING. P PROJECT A KENWOOD HEIGHTS INCLUDE IRRIGATION CONTROL, PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT. AND THAT'S GOING TO REPLACE OUTDATED PLAYGROUND AMENITIES FOR AGES 2-5 YEARS, AND THERE'LL BE BENCHES TOO, AND IT IS CURRENTLY UNDER CONSTRUCTION. THE COMMUNITY PARK UPGRADES IS BASICALLY A SPORT'S FIELD UPGRADE AND A SQUAWK FROM THE WATER VIEW NEIGHBORHOOD TO THE PARKING LOT. THAT'S COMPLETED. SO, THE SPORT'S FIELD STILL HAS TO BE DONE. THE ANALYSIS THAT WE'RE WORKING WITH SOME COMPANIES, SPORT'S FIELD SOLUTIONS AND LANDSCAPES UNLIMITED. WE'VE RECEIVED A QUOTE FOR THE YOUTH AND BASEBALL COMPLEX AND WE'RE AWAITING A QUOTE FOR THE ADDITIONAL FIELD AND THE ADULT SOFTBALL COMPLEX.

(INDISCERNIBLE) SPORT'S FIELD CONSTRUCTION AROUND THE CITY, BASICALLY, THIS IS THE HOCKEY RINK AT KADY PARK. THAT'S CURRENT STATUS IS WE HAVE A PROJECTED COST OF APPROXIMATELY $550,000. THE DESIGN AND LAYOUT ARE CURRENTLY UNDER CONSIDERATION. AND, WE ARE LOOKING AT INSTALLATION IN T SOMETIME IN THIS FISCAL YEAR. FOR FUNDING $500,000 IN 2018 GO BONDS WERE ALLOCATED. WE HAVE SOME OTHER PROJECTS THAT WE CAN ASSEMBLE TOGETHER. COME APPRISING ABOUT $57,000 SO, THERE'S APPROXIMATELY $557,000 AVAILABLE THAT SHOULD BE ENOUGH TO GET THE PROJECT COMPLETE. THERE WAS SOME TRAIL CONSTRUCTION THAT WERE ELECTED IN THE 2018 BOND. THOSE PROJECTS HAVE BASICALLY TO COMPLETE THE TRAIL MASTER PLAN WHICH WAS MODIFIED BY COUNCIL IN NOVEMBER OF 2021.

(INDISCERNIBLE) >> THE FOOD COURT TRAIL A TASK AUTHORIZATION WAS GRANTED IN APRIL OF THIS YEAR. THE TRAIL IS ALONG GARNER FROM FUQUA TO THE PARK IS PARTIALLY COMPLETE IN PARTNERSHIP WITH THE DEVELOPER. THE PLANS FOR THE TRAIL ON FUQUA ARE 60% AND THE CONSULTANT IS NOW WORKING ON THE 90% PLANS AND STAFF WILL BE CONDUCTING NEIGHBORHOOD OUTREACH IN THE NEXT FEW WEEKS. NOW WE'RE LOOKING AT SOME 2018 STREET AND INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS. THIS IS THETHE LAKE HIGHLAND'S RECONSTRUCTION, THAT'S OVER 5,000 FEET OF STREET

PAVING, 4300 FEET OF STORM STEWER, 4800 FEET OF STORM SEWER AND 5800 FEET OF WATERLINE. IT WAS A PROJECT REALLY DONE AS TWO PROJECTS, BUT, DUE TO BOND TIMING WE WERE ABLE TO COMBINE IT INTO ONE PROJECT. COUNCIL AWARDED THE CONTRACT TO TISEO PAVING FOR $5,637,590. THE FINAL COMPLETION IS EXPECTED IN AUGUST OF NEXT YEAR. THE PROJECT IS OVER 5 MONTHS AHEAD OF SCHEDULE, THOUGH. ALL UTILITIES AND PAVING ON KYLE ROAD, LISA ROAD, PATRICIA AND SMART ARE COMPLETE. TISEO HAS STARTED PAVING ON LEANNE. AND STARTED THE PAVING ON SANDRA.

HERE ARE PICTURES OF THAT CONSTRUCTION. THERE'S ALSO A SEWER PROJECT ON THE EAST SIDE OF 66. LAKE VIEW PARKWAY PHASE ONE, WHICH YOU COULD SEE IS THE GREEN LINE THERE, ALONG LAKE SHORE, THAT WAS COMPLETED EARLIER THIS YEAR. THAT WAS ABOUT 3200 FEET OF A LARGE, 30-INCH SEWER. NOW, THE PHASE II WHICH IS THE READ LINE IS THE RECONSTRUCTION OF A 10-INCH SANITARY SEWER AND IT WILL BE AN 18-INCH SEWER. IT'S ALMOST A MILE IN LENGTH. THE DESIGN PLANS ARE ALMOST 100% COMPLETE.

WE'RE NOW IN THE EASEMENT ACQUISITION PHASE. THERE'S A SHORTFALL EXPECTED APPROXIMATELY $1.7 MILLION FOR CONSTRUCTION.

THE CITY WIDE RIGHT TURN LANE ANALYSIS. THESE ARE SEVERAL RIGHT TURNS AROUND THE CITY. UM, THERE WERE PRIORITIES STAB ESTABLISHED IN COUNCIL BACK IN NOVEMBER OF 2020. SOUTH BOUND FRONTAGE ROAD, WESTBOUND ROAD, AND THE GEORGE BUSH SOUTHBOUND FRONTAGE ROAD AT MILLER ROAD WERE THE TOP THREE PRIORITIES.

AND THEN THE SOUTHBOUND ROWLETT ROAD RIGHT TO LAKE VIEW PARKWAY AND THE WESTBOUND LAKE VIEW PARKWAY RIGHT TO NORTH BOUND KENWOOD WERE ADDED AS A FOURTH AND FIFTH PRIORITY. REMAINING LOCATIONS WILL BE DONE DEPENDING ON FUNDS REMAINING FROM THESE FIVE. SO, THE TURN LANES, THE FIRST THREE THAT I MENTIONED A TASK AUTHORIZATION FOR DESIGN WAS GRANTED TO GARBER IN FEBRUARY OF '21. FINAL PLANS HAVE BEEN COMPLETED AND APPROVED BY TXDOT AT THIS POINT. WE'RE NOW IN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY ACQUISITION PHASE WE'VE ACQUIRED THREE OF THE FIVE PARCELS NEEDED. WE DID EXPERIENCE SOME DELAYS DUE TO THE COMPLEXITY OF THE SIGNALIZATION AND THE TXDOT COORDINATION. THE CONSTRUCTION COST IS ESTIMATED TO BE $1.26 MILLION. THE OTHER TWO LANES, A, TASK AUTHORIZATION WAS GIVEN TO RJN GROUP IN MARCH '21.

THOSE PLANS WERE REVIEWED BY TXDOT AND WE'VE ACQUIRED RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR THOSE, WE'VE GOTTEN ONE OUT OF THREE. AGAIN, FOR THE SAME REASONS, WE'VE HAD SOME DELAYS IN IMPLEMENTATION, BUT, THE PROJECT IS MOVING FORWARD AND WE EXPECT THE COST TO COME IN AT ABOUT $.8 MILLION. MILLER ROAD CONSTRUCTION, FROM

DALROCK TO WEST OF CHEISA. >> COUNCIL AWARDED CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT TO TISEO PAVING IN APRIL OF '22 FOR ALMOST $12 MILLION. CONSTRUCTION BEGAN JUNE OF THIS YEAR AND WE EXPECT

COMPLETION IN DECEMBER OF '23. THE 12-INCH WATER LINE IS INSTALLED AND IS NOW IN SERVICE. THEY'VE INSTALLED ABOUT 900 FEET OF STORM SEWER. CONSTRUCTION IS DELAYED BECAUSE OF CONFLICTS WITH SOME FRANCHISE UTILITIES ATT HAVE MOVED THEIR LINES BUT NOT ENOUGH. AND WE'RE MEETING WITH THE CONTRACTOR THIS WEEK TO IRON THOSE OUT. ENCORE HAS COMPLETED MOVING IT'S POWER LINES, BUT, SPECTRUM IS STILL IN THE PROCESS OF MOVING IT'S LINES, SO THOSE OLD POLES ARE THERE. MCIP AGREED TO REIMBURSE THIS PROJECT FOR $5.47 MILLION. THE CHEISA ROAD, FROM MILLER TO DALROCK PROJECT IS RECONSTRUCTION OF A TWO LANE ROAD WITH A FOUR-LANE ROAD WAY. IT'S STATUS IS THE DESIGN IS UNDER WAY. THE 9'RIGHT-OF-WAY OPTION WAS SELECTED BY COUNCIL.

AND COUNT AUTHORIZED PRIME TIME GROUP IN SEPTEMBER OF THIS YEAR TO BEGIN RIGHT-OF-WAY ACQUISITION. AND THE CONSULTANT THE DESIGN CONSULTANT SHOULD BE MAKING IT 60% DESIGN SUBMISSION NEAR THE BEGINNING OF DECEMBER. WE HAVE HAD SOME DELAYS RELATING TO FINALIZING THE CROSS SECTION ALIGNMENT AND THERE HAVE BEEN RIGHT-OF-WAY IMPACTS AS WELL THAT WE'RE WORKING THROUGH.

ALLEYS. THERE ARE A NUMBER OF ALLEY GROUPS, THIS IS THE FIRST GROUP. THIS IS A RECONSTRUCTION OF APPROXIMATELY 25002570 FEET OF PAVING BETWEEN RICE AND TULANE. AND FROM MEADOW BARK AND CHIESA. AND THIS INCLUDES THE INSTALLATION OF 1200 FEET OF STORM SEWER IN THE MEADOW LOCK ALLEY. THE STATUS OF THE PROJECT IS THAT THE TASK AUTHORIZATION WAS GRANTED TO BINKLEY & BARFIELD AND WE'RE SCHEDULED TO OPEN THE BIDS IN THIS WEEK. GROUP F IS BEING COMBINED. THIS IS GROUP F, THIS IS BEING COMBINED WITH A CONTRACT FOR THE GROUP M ALLEYS.

AND CONSTRUCTION OF ALL OF THAT IS EXPECTED TO START IN JANUARY.

AND, TAKE ABOUT SIX MONTHS. THE GROUP K ALLEYS IS THE RECONSTRUCTION OF APPROXIMATELY 1700 FEET OF ALLEYS BETWEEN (INDISCERNIBLE) AND STARBOARD TRAIL. AND FOR 460 A LITTLE OVER $460,000. CONSTRUCTION BEGAN IN JULY OF THIS YEAR. THE SCHRADE, COUSTEAU, AND STARBOARD TRAIL. AND THE CONTRACTOR DOES NEED TO SEAL THE JOINTS IN THE ALLEYS AND DO CLEAN UP. ALLEY GROUP L IS A RECONSTRUCTION BETWEEN EVA DRIVE AND LINDA VISTA COURT. COUNCIL APPROVED A DESIGN AUTHORIZATION IN SEPTEMBER OF LAST YEAR TO CPNY. THE PROJECT BEGAN ADVERTISING IN OCTOBER OF THIS YEAR. AND WE ARE SCHEDULED TO OPEN THE BIDS NEXT WEEK. CONSTRUCTION WILL BEGIN IN JANUARY AND IS EXPECTED

TO TAKE SIX MONTHS. >>> GROUP M IS A RECONSTRUCTION

OF 2,000 FEET OF ALLEY BETWEEN UNIVERSITY DRIVE AND MIKE'S BRIDGE DRIVE. THE DESIGN WORK WAS APPROVED BY COUNCIL WITH A TASK AUTHORIZATION IN SEPTEMBER OF LAST YEAR. THE PROJECT WAS ADVERTISED IN OCTOBER, ON OCTOBER 5TH, WE'RE OPENING THE BIDS THIS WEEK. GROUP M IS THAT GROUP THAT HAS BEEN COMBINED WITH THE GROUP F ALLEYS. WE EXPECT CONSTRUCTION TO START IN JANUARY AND TOGETHER WITH GROUP F, WE EXPECT THE CONSTRUCTION TO

TAKE 6 MONTHS. >> ALLEY GROUP N IS A RECONSTRUCTION OF 1300 FEET OF ALLEY, THIS IS NEAR KATY PARK.

THE ALLEYS ARE BETWEEN CLYDESDALE COURT AND STARBOARD TRAIL CIRCLE. CONSTRUCTION BEGAN IN SEPTEMBER IT WAS A 90-DAY CONTRACT FOR SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION. THE ALLEY PAVING IN THE CLYDESDALE STALLION ALLEY HAS BEEN PLACED. IT IS STILL CURING AND IT HAS NOT YET BEEN REOPENED. THE OTHER ALLEY IS STILL NOT YET BEGUN WORK ON. SO, IN ORDER TO ACCOMMODATE THE RESIDENTS DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON, WE PLAN ON SUSPENDING WORK DURING THE WEEK OF THANKSGIVING, AND FOR THE SEVERAL DAYS BEFORE AND AFTER THE CHRISTMAS WEEKEND. THIS PROJECT IS THREE WEEKS BEHIND SCHEDULE BUT WE DON'T ANTICIPATE ANYMORE DELAYS. THERE'S ALSO AN ALLEY CALLED TRACY TRAIL THIS RECONSTRUCTION IS A LITTLE MORE THAN A THOUSAND FEET BETWEEN TRACY TRAIL AND AN EASEMENT. THE DESIGN WORK WAS DONE UNDER THE SAME TASK AUTHORIZATION AS THE GROUP M ALLEYS. WE ADVERTISED THIS ALLEY ALSO FOR BIDDING IN OCTOBER AND ARE OPENING THE BIDS THIS WEEK. WE EXPECT CONSTRUCTION TO BEGIN IN JANUARY AND TO TAKE ABOUT TWO MONTHS.

>> SO, THE 2021 COMMUNITY INVESTMENT PROGRAM APPROVED THE SAPPHIRE BAY PUBLIC SAFETY FACILITY. THAT FACILITY IS LOCATED ON AN APPROXIMATELY 1-ACRE LOT DOWN AT SAPPHIRE BAY, AS YOU COULD SEE, BY THIS SLIDE, THE SCHEMATIC HAS BEGUN. AND, THEY ARE WORKING ON VARIOUS ASPECTS OF THE SCHEMATICS SUCH AS THE SITE PLAN, THE FLOOR PLAN, THE EXTERIOR ELEVATION CONCEPT DESIGNS. THEY'RE WORKING WITH THE DESIGNER AS FAR AS THE EXTERIOR FINISHES AND FINISHING THE ANTERIOR SPACES AS WELL FOR POLICE AND FIRE. ALSO, WITH THE 2021 BOND ELECTION, THE LONG BRANCH CREEK EROSION CONTROL PROJECT WAS APPROVED.

BACK IN 2019 WE ASKED HALF ASSOCIATES TO CONDUCT A ROAD LAND. THE RESULTS IDENTIFIED SOME LOCATIONS ALONG THE EASTERN BANK, I THINK THAT'S A TYPO, IT SHOULD REALLY BE THE WESTERN BANK. OR THE SOUTH WESTERN BANK. WHERE EROSION HAS BEEN TAKING AWAY AND CAUSING THE LOSS OF SOME PRIVATE PROPERTY. SO, IN 2021, COUNCIL APPROVED THE TASK AUTHORIZATION WITH HALFF & ASSOCIATES, TO DESIGN THE PROJECT, THAT DESIGN IS APPROXIMATELY 60% COMPLETE. WE HAVE HAD WET WEATHER THE BEGINNING OF THIS YEAR WHICH HAS HINDERED THE ABILITY OF ENGINEERING AND SURVEY CREWS TO ACCESS THE PROPERTY AND EVALUATE THE ALTERNATIVES. AND GETTING THE TECHNICAL EQUIPMENT THERE HAS BEEN DIFFICULT. BUT, THE WORK IS PROCEEDING.

INDUSTRIAL STREET RECONSTRUCTION FROM DART STATION TO GEORGE BUSH. THIS ROADWAY, WHICH IS CURRENTLY A TWO-LANE ASPHALT ROADWAY IS BASICALLY GOING TO RECONSTRUCT THAT ROAD AS A TWO-LANE CONCRETE ROADWAY WITH PARALLEL ON SITE PARKING WHICH IS SIMILAR. THE STATUS OF THIS PROJECT IS THAT COUNCIL APPROVED A TASK AUTHORIZATION IN SEPTEMBER OF LAST YEAR TO RJN TO DESIGN THE PROJECT. A SUPPLEMENTAL TASK AUTHORIZATION FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY ACQUISITION WAS APPROVED BY COUNCIL ON JUNE 7TH OF THIS YEAR. PLANS ARE 90% COMPLETE AND BEING REVIEWED BY STAFF. THE DESIGN COLLEMPLETIOS EXPECTED IN WINTER AND THE CONSTRUCTION SHOULD BEGIN IN THE FALL OF 2023 DEPENDING ON (INDISCERNIBLE). THE COUNTRY ESTATE PROJECT IS STREET UTILITY AND SQUAWK RECONSTRUCTION. IN SEPTEMBER OF LAST YEAR, COUNCIL AUTHORIZED WALTER MOORE TO BEGIN DESIGN WORK ON BOTH PHASES. THE PLAN ARE CURRENTLY AT 90% COMPLETE AND ARE BEING REVIEWED BY STAFF. PHASE 1 CONSTRUCTION IS ANTICIPATED TO START IN THE SPRING OF '23 AND PHASE TWO WILL BE CONSTRUCTED AS PART OF THE FUTURE BOND ELECTION. THE TOLAR BUSINESS PROPERY CONSTRUCTION INCLUDES STREETS, UTILITIES AND SQUAWK RECONSTRUCTION. AND IT WILL ALSO RECONSTRUCT THE BOX CULVERT UNDER CENTURY DRIVE, TO ACCOMMODATE AND SAFELY PACE THE HUNTER DEER FLOOD. IN SEPTEMBER OF LAST YEAR, COUNCIL APPROVED A TASK AUTHORIZATION FOR KNEEL SCHAEFER TO DESIGN BOTH PHASES. $10 MILLION WAS BUDGETED IN 2023 AND 2024 USING USING CAPITAL UT REVENUE BONDS, AND CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATE RIGHT NOW IS $14 MILLION. THE MARTIN DRIVE AND 66 TRAFFIC SIGNAL PROJECT, UM, IS INCLUDES THE INSTALLATION OF TRAFFIC SIGNALS WITH POLLS A PEDESTRIAN CROSSING SIGNAL ON MARTIN DRIVE AND WE'RE ILLUMINATING STREET SIGNS, INSTALLING ILLUMINATED STREET SIGNS AND INSTALLING THE ELECTRONICS AND CONTROLS. THAT SIGNAL WAS PUT INTO OPERATION EARLIER LAST WEEK AND, IT FAILED IT'S 30-DAY TEST PERIOD. SO, THE CONTRACTOR IS TROUBLE SHOOTING THE CONTROLLERS AND ALSO SOME LIGHT FIXTURES HAVE YET TO BE INSTALLED. AND THE DALROCK SOUTH CURVE IS ANOTHER CIP PROJECT, THIS IS THE NORTHBOUND LANE WHERE WE ARE CONSTRUCTING A 6-FOOT WIDE PAVED SHOULDER. WE'RE INSTALLING A STORM DRAIN AS WELL AS A METAL GUARDRAIL, AND RUMBLE STRIPS ON

THE OUTSIDE EDGE OF THE LANE WILL BE INSTALLED. AND CONSTRUCTION BEGAN ON SEPTEMBER 6TH. THE STORM DRAIN HAS BEEN INSTALLED. THE PROJECT IS ON SCHEDULE AND EXPECTED TO BE COMPLETE BY DECEMBER 5TH OF THIS YEAR. WE HAVE EXPERIENCED SOME TRAFFIC CONTROL PROBLEMS, BUT WE THINK THAT WE'VE GOT THAT UNDER HAND. THIS IS A LIST OF THE COMPLETED PROJECTS. THESE WERE DONE WITH CDBG GRANTS AND COMPLETED IN APRIL. LAKE HIGHLAND TRAIL WAS COMPLETED IN JULY. IT WAS A 2018 BOND PROJECT. PHASE ONE OF THE 66 EAST SANITARY SEWER LINE WAS COMPLETED IN JUNE, CAPITAL UTILITY REVENUE BONDS AND CDBG SIDEWALK REPLACEMENT USING CDBG FUNDS WAS COMPLETED IN SEPTEMBER OF '22. AND THAT CONCLUDES THE PRESENTATION.
