TH KIDS WERE MAKING THE SQUISHY'S WHICH ARE LITTLE SQUISH ANIMAL THINGS THAT THEY COULD PAINT AN DESIGN. AND THEN, THE LOWER CO-OWNER IS DURING SPRING BREAK. WE HAD BOARD GAMES ALL DAY LONG FOR THE KIDS, AND THAT DAY , WE HAD A TWISTER BOUNCE HOUSE AT OUR TABLE.

IN 2023 , THE BOARD MEMBERS HA BEEN ASSISTING WITH THE PROGRAMS , PROVIDED INPUT TO OU STAFF, TO THEIR STAFF, AND WE VISITED SOME NEIGHBORING LIBRARIES TO GET SOME IDEAS ON WHAT WE LIKE TO SEE IN THE FUTURE, OR HOW WE COULD INCORPORATE SOME OF THOSE THING THAT THEY DO IN THE OTHER LIBRARIES ON A LIMITED BASIS IN OUR OWN LIBRARY. WE HAVE BEEN WORKING WITH STAFF TO UPDATE THE LIBRARY STRATEGIC PLAN , AN ONE OF THE THINGS THAT THE BOAR DID WAS OFFER CODING CLASSES , ALONG WITH 3-D PRINTING SERVICE . THERE OFFERING COURSES FOR DYSLEXIA, ADHD, AND OTHER LEARNING BARRIERS, WHICH WE KNOW THAT THAT IS A PROBLEM THESE DAYS, AND ENSURING THE LIBRARY HAS ACCESS TO HIGH-SPEE INTERNET, ALONG WITH TECHNOLOGY LIKE SMART BOARDS, AND EXPLORIN WAYS TO UTILIZE TECHNOLOGY TO SEE WHAT WE CAN DO TO SUPPORT OUR PATIENTS IN THE FUTURE.
