MOST CITY MANAGERS DO NOT GET TO GO OUT . IT'S KIN OF LIKE BEING A COACH ON A SPORTS TEAM. IT IS A TESTAMENT TO HIS WORK, HIS ABILITY TO FOR RELATIONSHIPS, AND WHAT HE HAS ACCOMPLISHED.
