A COUPLE OF MAIN POINTS THAT I JUST WANT TO POINT OUT AS FAR AS HOW IT RELATES TO THE EXISTING TREE ORDINANCE, THERE ARE SEVERAL THINGS THAT I THINK COULD BE IMPROVED ON, SPECIFICALLY THE LARGER THE TREE SIZE, I BELIEVE A REPLACEMENT RATIO , BASICALLY A MULTIPLIER FOR TREE SIZES WILL BE BENEFICIAL. I HAVE DONE SEVERAL TREE MITIGATION AND TREE ORDINANCES THROUGH MY PAST EXPERIENCE THAT SEVERAL CITIES HAVE A LOT MORE -- STRICTER GUIDELINES FOR THEIR TREE ORDINANCE, ESPECIALLY TREES THAT ARE LARGER IN SIZE, JUST BECAUSE OF THE SHEER FACTOR THAT IT TAKES SUCH A LONG TIME FOR TREES TO GROW BACK. AND I THINK WE SHOULD DO MORE OF THAT AND I ADVISED THE DEVELOPERS TO PROTECT MORE AND LARGER TREES AND PENALIZE THEM FOR THE REMOVAL OF THESE TREES. THE BIGGEST THING THAT I HAVE FOUND ON THE TREE ORDINANCE IS JUST THE SIZE I MENTIONED BEFORE, EIGHT INCHES IS CUT TO -- CURRENTLY A PROTECTED TREE.

MANY OF THE CITIES THAT I DEAL WITH ON A DAY TO DAY BASIS START WITH SIX INCHES AND ABOVE SOME GOING DOWN AS LOW AS FOUR POINT. AMERICAN GOLF HAS INVESTED OVER $10 MILLION INTO THE OPERATIONS OF WATERVIEW AND WE CONTINUE TO INVEST TO THIS DAY.
