4B. Take action on the Kirby Addition Preliminary Plat submitted by Nataraj Gangadharappa, TrustedDoors Developments Inc., on behalf of property owner DallasWest1 Holdings, LLC. The property is located at the southeast of the intersection of Kirby Street and Skyline Drive, consisting of 0.25 Acres of the William Crabtree Survey, Abstract 347 in the City of Rowlett, Dallas County, Texas.
4C. Discuss and make a recommendation on an amendment to Chapter 77-300 of the Code of Ordinances to add Unmanned Aircraft System Hub and Unmanned Aircraft System Kiosk as new uses to the Table of Allowed Uses and establish use-specific standards.
