THERE ARE TWO BILLS TWO BILLS IN EACH THE HOUSE AND SENATE ONE IS THE GOVERNANCE BILL TALKED ABOUT THAT IN THE PAST. DON'T KNOW WHAT HAPPENED WITH THAT, DON'T THINK ANYTHING IS GOING TO HAPPEN WITH THAT. AS WE ARE FOR 50 TO THE ENABLING LEGISLATION , A PORTION ARE MEMBERS OF THE POPULATION, EACH PERSON HAS 160,000 THAT HE OR SHE REPRESENTS SO SINCE ROWLETT DOES NOT HAVE 160,000 PEOPLE I AM THE ONLY BOARD MEMBER IN MY 27 YEARS OF THE BOARD THAT HAS HAD MORE THAN THREE, EXCUSE ME LET ME TAKE THAT BACK. THAT WOULD BE ON ITS FACE 25% OF REVENUE FOREVER WORKS OUT TO BE $235 MILLION. BECAUSE WE OPERATE ON A 20 YEAR FINANCIAL PLAN , THE ONLY AGENCY IN THE COUNTRY THAT DOES THAT, IF WE BUY A RAIL SYSTEM WE HAVE TO BE ABLE TO PROVE TO THE BOARD AND FINANCES THAT WE WILL HAVE THE MONEY AVAILABLE TO REPAIR AND KEEP IT UP IN 20 YEARS.
